Joint Pain during twin pregnancy

Hi,
I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I have terrible pain in joints. I was wondering if anyone else also had similar pains. I don't know if I am carrying twins but clinical specialist mentioned to me that my progesterone levels are very high and that may be a sign of a multiple pregnancy. If anyone has similar symptoms please let me know as to what I should do. Thanks!

Hi martina I have seen you post the same message on other forums as i was searching for answers to the same question. I was wondering if you have any new developments I would be really excited to hear, So far i have experienced cramping and recently this aching of my joints. I would be really excited if it ment I was pregnant. (i haven't tested yet.) and even more excited if it were with twins.

What is a good Prenatal vitamin for before and during pregnancy?
This will be attempt number two after losing our first baby and my right Fallopian tube to an Ectopic pregnancy. I just want to make sure that I am doing everything I can to make sure I am as healthily as I can be before and during this attempt for another baby. Any ideas and suggestions are welcome.
