Just to let you all know.
I spoke to Niki's mum this morning, said the op went ahead on Monday night, the surgeon removed all the teflon and the nerve was healthy.
Too early to tell how it will effect her pain wise.
She is sitting up in bed and they are hoping to have her home soon.

Isn't that great news? no bumping and waiting?

I hope so much this is the answer to her pain and it's kicked into touch.
If I hear anymore I will let you all know, I know how much everyone is thinking of her.

That's great news Tracy, now we will keep our fingers crossed that this worked for her. I like what he said about the nerve being healthy. That sounds good...doesn't it? I had no idea you were friendly with her mother, that a real bonus for us getting to have an update so quickly. Thanks

Hi Nancy, Ella,
Sure will do, I'll give Niki's mum a ring in another few days.
It's the first time I've spoken to Niki's mum Ella, she's a lovely lady, so friendly and didn't mind me phoning.
Niki rings me from time to time, it's lovely chatting to her.

I hope so much this is going to end the nightmare for her, she deserves that, she's been through so much.

Nancy how are you feeling now since your fall?
I hope your ok.

Things are a little hectic here right now, I'm behind with my work, as I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder and arm, so am typing stuff out with one hand, do it's taking me twice as long to do anything :eek:

Still rather that than a flare-up of TN.
