MMN is thought to be autoimmune in origin. What is the evidence that stress is a causative factor in MMN?

That may be true but since the prevalence for MMN is only 1 per 100,000 or so, it probably would take a long time to prove. TIME is the most accurate tool at a neurologist's disposal.
