We just recently (September) started going back to church services to see how Sierra would do, and she is doing great! Mostly quiet, and takes communion at the rail with the rest of the family. It's made it possible to have spiritual and community exeriences again. Especially good this time of year!
That's really wonderful! Keith enjoys church so much. I hope she keeps on doing well.

I haven't been to Church in quite a while. Started because Joshua, he can't handle it, too much stimulation, and Rachel ofcourse, it gets to her as well. But as high functioning my son, when it comes to crowds and everything that comes with it, especially during service time, it don't go well with him.
The thing that most disspointed me about the stop going to church deal, is the 0 number of calls I received to see what was going on. I believe in all the Bible has to say, but this really was a turn down for me, especially after all we have had in the past given, time, volunteer time wise, I just got in the last two months about 3 calls, wonders what took everyone so long to notice I wasn't there, maybe they went through the church directory and saw my ugly face and decided they missed it :p
I am wondering how Joshua would do now that he is in medication, maybe he can handle it better. I might try a service or two in December, but we shall see.
By the way, I think it's great she is doing so well, gives me a bit of hope for our case.

That's wonderful. Sierra is one-up on me, because I can't sit through church service even with pharmaceutical assistance. :D
Enjoy the season!

Pogue--Oh, our pastor provides the narcotics with his sermon and his calm voice, you'd get a nice 30-45 minute nap :D
