i read the article and i read the trial, yates is on risperdal and other drugs and has an obsession to flush the toilet like there is no tomorrow in addition to dumping things down there causing to over flow and damage the kitchen ceiling which was replaced 4 times. many autistics and nt love the action of the toilet but when asked to stop they stop... but i noticed my son while on risperdal got "stuck" on flushing the toilet non-stop, worse when he was off risperdal, once he did it 43 times !!! by then he was a scary, angry young man and if i tried to stop him he could easily head butt me.... and, later on, when he came back home, fresh off Zyprexa, we went through similar obsession, once flushed a toothbrush and his brother had to replace the toilet, not able to reach it with the snake or to crack it....nasty job ! one difference, though, we can't replace the kitchen ceiling yet :(
