Hi All
Goodness you dont realise how much you miss something until its gone.
I developed a walnut sized lump under the skin, which I can only presume is from the injections done 3 times weekly. After 4 weeks of avoiding the area it has now gone down and the pain has eased. Has anyone else experienced this.

Good to see everyone back on line.
I have been using Beta for five years now, and over that time I have developed an interesting collection of pain, tenderness, lumps, bumps, dents, bruises and large red marks. Most of these subsided over time.
The most important thing is to be sure to rotate the injection sites as much as you can. That gives your body more time to heal before the next 'hit'.
The fact that I still need paracetamol for side effects every time - even after all this time just goes to show how strong these meds are.
Cheers

Thanks Lyn, - I too have to take ibuprofen - otherwise still get aches pains and flu type symptoms. Sometimes its chills sometimes its sweats, its crap, but hey its better than the relapses.
After 3 relapses, back to back I am just glad not to have them. Obviously the deterioration still happens, but that cant be helped.
Thanks for replying.
