I have a case of psoriasis (I had it years ago but this is 10x worse)

And i have had it for about 1 year now,mostly on my face...
My muscles are also affected by this,im in alot of pain due to it.....
Whenever i try to take ANY CREAM the doctor gives me,i start itching all over!!! (Not just on the spots)
Does anyone know anything i could take internally or something to try and get rid of this??
When i had this years ago there was 1 patch on my back,my mom got some cream and put it on and within days IT SPREAD ALL OVER MY BODY!! (I didnt want the cream on it)
Im kinda scared it will happen again by trying to attack this and maybe thats why i itch when i put the cream on (My body telling me not to use it)
Someone please help me!!!!
