Here's photos from my mri that shows the white matter disease. anyone have theirs look like this?

also,I found out the test they did was elisa, the newer one that is supposed 0to be more accurate? positive is 90, mine was 17. I wonder why I have any number, why it wouldn't be a 0?

What other test should I be getting done? Even if the tests are inconclusive or negative, how could i go about treating it like it was lyme to see if there is an improvement. i can get my pcp to order most meds for me, just don'tknow which ones are going to make a difference.

Please go to the ILADS web site (http://www.ilads.org) for the information you're asking for. The Treatment Guidelines section is a goldmine. Dr. Burrascano spells everything out in "Diagnostic Hints and Treatment Guidelines for Lyme and Other Tick Borne Illnesses" document. Please realize that trying to figure out what is wrong with via testing is fruitless. Tests are not adequate, and tests provide only a small piece of the puzzle. Plus, if you don't have an LLMD, the results will be misunderstood by whatever doctor sees them. That said, good sites that explain tests are here:
