Has anyone tried Vyvanse? Our doctor suggested that we try adderall instead of concerta, and then gave us a free trial certificate for vyvanse, suggesting that the delivery system would be steadier than adderall.
So we did a saturday trial of vyvanse and it seemed like the delivery of the med was the opposite of expectations. My son was sad and flat for the first few hours, happy and attentive the next few, and then big rebound after that! Of course, one day doesn't mean anything and we will try again next saturday. But I;m wondering if anyone has insight on this med, especially compared to adderall ( they share the same active ingredient) or concerta/ritalin.
