Need to "Stickify" a thread

There is a thread in the Trigeminal Neuralgia forum that we would like as a sticky.

It is a post surgical diary i kept after having an MVD (Microvascular Decompression), which many TNers have accessed and used time and time again after and even before their MVD's.

I had it in the old forum (twice, once with lots of people commenting in between each day and one condensed version without all the other posts) and I have now re-created it in this new forum as I noticed two more people going in for MVD's this week.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

The posts in this thread are how we answer first posts from people just diagnosed with TN or who have neuropathic facial pain and trying to figure out if they have TN, so we thought we'd put the info in one thread where the newbies can find it.
