thanks mark. As quick as it came, it seems its left now except for some added pain in the back and hip. Very screy. Felt drawn and quarted.

Simby, glad to hear you are doing better even though it isn't completely gone. It sounds like it is a muscular problem rather than a disk problem. I hope it continues to get better and I would use heat on it to loosen up the muscles.

it was like a groin pull i would guess. Then wrapped around the hip to the spine.

scared it will happen again as i have no idea what happened,.

could a hip eroding cause something like this?
I am banking on muscle pull or hernia. Still pulls in the back (lower) when i cough.

Simby, I sure hope it isn't a bad hip causing this. It doesn't sound like a hip going bad as much as it does muscle strains. With luck the lower back pain is the last in the line of muscle strains and in a couple of days you will be much better. If not, you should see your doctor.

i talked to the nurse yesterday. After telling the doc the symptoms her feeling is pinched nerve!!!! On the right!!!!!
i can go see her tomorrow or hold out til the 5th when i go anyway.

Simby, I sure hope the nurse isn't right but if she is that the treatment is easy and successful. How is your pain now?
