Updated with a whine

:) WOW I really missed this site, just a quick update on myself I saw my NS in July and wow and behold he said that I need a break for a while and don't have to go back to see him (NS) until next July :D :cool: seems that the remaining 3 annies are behaving themselves:confused: . But will be truthful i'm scared as :eek: still suffering daily headaches,memory problems and yes very depressed, still scared that I may have another SAH:eek:

Hi Linda

You should know by now that you are free to whine here anytime (hey we can have a whine and cheese party) - and I, for one don't blame you at all. It is very easy for the doc to say, 'Oh well, just leave it until next year' - but he isn't going through all the trauma you are.

Just knowing they are there must be driving you mad.

Do you take any kind of antidepressant med? If so, you may need to discuss whether your dosage is sufficient. If not, then I think it is time you do.

I know I can only offer support, but know that I am thinking of you.

I saw my NS after my 6 month angio. He says coil looks good and i still have the other two annies. Then my husband asks when do i have to go for the next angio. Dr. NS says 6 months, 1 year. My husband and I look at eachother in confusion and both ask him 'So which is it? 6 months or 1 year?' 'Well.. 6months, in 6 months' Dr. NS replies. We had a good laugh in the parking lot about that one. Unless I'm bleeding in the brain, it's a 'see you next year'. But the man did save my life. I've learned not to sweat the small stuff. I've been going through depression and anxiety and I find laughter is the best medicine. I'm here through the grace of God and that's really the most I can ask for.

:p You can whine on us anytime you want!! that is why we are here!! I am glad you don't have to go back for a while!! I opted not to have my angiogram done this month. I am just not physically or mentall ready. I will wait until after the holidays. I have been bad and smoking??? :mad: Know I have to quit, esp. for a while before I have it done!!! I know it is so stupid, but as you know very well yourself my nerves are shot! You really need to be on a anti depressant, I tried not to for a long time, but finally gave in and it helps a lot!! I know how difficult it must be having more that are being monitored!! So far I have only had one. I had an angio. done in April and it was fine. It took me a long time to get on the right meds to keep my headaches under control!! I have my health history on the BrainPeople site if you want to see all the meds I am on. Too many to list!! We are allsuffering the same symptoms, don't feel alone!! So whine on us all you want!!! Take care sweetie!! Keep us posted!! Always in my prayers!! Tricia :cool:
