First me, then mom, now dad is sick

The last 6 years ago has been tough for my family (mom, dad and one sister). 6 years ago I was diagnosed with AML (leukemia). After relapsing the first time, I was in the hospital undergoing a bone marrow transplant. While my mom was visiting me at the hospital, she collapsed because of an aneurysm. It was tough for my dad because he was visiting myself and my mother at two different hospitals. My mom ended up making a full recovery and I have been in remission for 5 years now! Unfortunately my father had a brain aneurysm ~two weeks ago. Now the roles are reversed and my mom and I are the ones who are visiting and taking care of my father in the hospital. He has a long way to go, but we are strong and will do everything necessary to help him.

Hi - I'm so sorry for what you and your family has gone through. My husband had an aneurysm rupture on Aug 8th - so I know what you're going through with your dad. We also have a 2 year old - so I know how hard life can be. But try to keep your spirits up - things can and will get better. Keep praying - miracles do happen! I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

I am really sorry to hear about all you have been through. My family lost my brother a year ago to a sudden, unexpected heart attack. Not nine months later my mom has suffered from a ruptured annie. She is still struggling a lot and recovery is a bit scary. So, I understand what you are going through. I don't understand why one family has to suffer so much but you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Stay strong. Your father is lucky to have you. I am very happy that you and your mom are doing so well. I hope your dad also has a great recovery.
