Panic attack??

Hi there
My name is Alison, I am a 12 year old girl and I suffer from RSD.
I have recently been experiencing what I think is a panic attack, I go right hot and sweaty, I have difficulty breathing, I cry and I go really moody.
Does this sound like a panic attack? If so should I see my doctor? What is the treatment?

Panic attacks are usually treated in the short term with benzodiazapines, like valium or xanax...and in the long term with SSRI antidepressants.
