Sticky on reporting posts??

I am seeing a lot of filthy ****-type solicitation on the general neuro board and report any I see, but I have also noticed that many of them have many views and think some members may not know (or know how) to report this disgusting trash. Perhaps a sticky on instructing them would be appropriate.

But now, that post is gone as well as the one I reported it with. Is that common reaction. Get rid of both posts? I guess that is a good idea so someone doesn't know who objected. It would be nice to have a sticky note so I knew how to point out a bad post.

I think it's common practice to delete the entire thread. That's why I think a sticky about how to report, and what happens when you do, is a good idea.
