Sean went to his psychiatrists appointment today. He has gained 5 pounds since his last visit of 3 months ago. We talked about his doing so crappy in school. He wants us to ask the teachers specific questions at Tuesday's meeting. He wants us to ask whether Sean seems tired or zoned out in class ( for seizure purposes). He wants us to ask whether he blurts things out in class, seems to be hyper, and how they oerceive how he is doing his work. For instance, whether they think he is actually putting forth the effort. This stuff pertains to his ADHD. We discussed Sean's being so tired, so he is having us cut the Seroquel in half, and if he still seems very tired and falls asleep way early at night, he said to completely cut out the Seroquel. The only thing he doesn't want to change is his Fluoxetine. That is for his Trichotillomania. He wants Sean to continue to wear his hat in school, and to use a stress toy to help with his pulling.
