Today marks two years for me -- two years without a cigarette :D
Me - the most devoted smoker on the planet. I LOVED cigarettes and I didn't WANT to quit. I knew I should but, gee, I loved those things and thought I needed them.

I used the patches for a short while and managed to actually quit ....
I'm so proud of myself it's sort of disgusting :p - LOL

It's certainly NOT disgusting, I'm thrilled for you! I think it's truly fantastic! I am just as proud of you...and myself for staying quit.

Good job Jingle! You SHOULD be proud...it's a major feat to quit smoking.

You know I have epilepsy too, right? I think that makes quitting extra important and SAFE for us so your 5 months are EXTRA SPECIAL.
