Over the years in trying to describe how FMS makes me feel, I have found I have had to make up my own words. Or,lol, maybe in a Fibro-fog,unable to find the right word I made up a word,I am not wuite sure. Have any of you? Some have stayed in my vocabulary. Like,"I feel really MUNGY,today" To describe a day when I am feeling off,but more. Another thing is whne I have a headahce I like to push my head against my DH,say on his shoulder or his back, where my head hurts. I call this "GRUANCHING" My Dh will ask me when I have a HA "Hon, do you need to Gruanch?".LOL The words are sneaking into our family vocab. I am in a bit of a Fibro-fog(which, other than FMS-er is not a family word) so I will try to remember more later. but, any-who, am I the only one that makes up words for FMS

Hehe, I am not sure I have any made up words for fibro.....
However I do understand making up the words because in many cases the words that exist do not often explain the problems, or the moment....
Like fibro fog.....How do you explain that to someone who has never had it????
Fibro problems are certainly beyond the scope of normal problems.....Headaches in fibro are different than normal headaches in my opinion.....
Most times it is only something someone with a pain condition can understand, and even then it is different than other pain conditions because there are no reliable causations.....

My favorite word is prockily ( Pro-ki-lee) It means I feel how a cat looks with all its hair standing up. Don't touch!
