Please...anyone with FM must make very sure you're supplimenting with B12!
The correct form of this is Methylcobalamin...due to IBS, diarreah and long standing gastro problems...your fatigue most likely is from a B12 deficiency because of bowel obsorbtion problems.
You can read all about this on the vit/min forums here on BT, read what Rose has written regarding this deficiency.
It has helped me immensly...especially my Neuropathies which turned out to be a B12 deficiency despite my testing normal levels.
It can't hurt taking a boat load full of it...but a little can sure help big time!:p

Certainly everyone who is a vegetarian or vegan, needs to monitor their intake of all the B vitamins, not only B12. Supplementing can be just another mine field, if you haven't educated yourself about the negative effects and how some things sold as supplements can interfere with medications.

Fibromyalgia is such a puzzle for the medical profession, that it causes sufferers to be susceptible to al kind of quackery and fraud. There is never any, one, single answer to someone's problem but certainly good nutrition, no matter how it is obtained has never hurt anyone. Cheerio.
