cyst

so, i went to the hospital on Monday. they did all kinds of blood test and they couldn't see anything wrong with me. then they had me dring this liquid dye to that they could do a cat scan (CT) they found an cyst. i dont' remember if in my ovaries or in my uterus but they said it's not cancerous or a tumor. my friend said she had the same thing and that's why she couldn't have kids. is that right?? could that be the reason i havn't had kids even though i've tried??

Hi 81 cherries. Sorry about your cyst. But sure glad it is that, a cyst. Have they said what they want to do about it yet? I would think that even a cyst, harmless? would still displace things. Then might cause other trouble. I don't know if having a cyst is reason for not having kids. I never had chikdren and never knew the reason, not for myself and none were found for hubby. Keep us informed as to how you are doing, will you? Good luck with it all. Glad they found it.

thanks for the reply. i went to the hospital a week ago because i felt sick. it turns out what they found was 'a mass on my kidney'...i was like...okay...i'm not sure what they want me to do all i know is that i have massive dr's appointments and missing too many days of work. i'm not worried as much as before. maybe i'm getting used to it but i'm glad it's not cancer.
