What was that one thread that was going on just before the crash that Peta started that was super helarious?

I dont remember what we were doing, all I remember is Keggy turned out to be "Tuna Pits" and then Mili changed it around to be "Puna ****"...

Anyone remember? I was giggling about it earlier but couldnt remember what the rest was.

Ohhhh, I remember something like that, calling her Tuna Pits for some reason, or maybe she was calling herself that? I don't remember anything about the thread though, or changing it to Puna ****. Sounds like something I'd do.

I want to find those threads where Peta and I were in our hay day. We'd all be up way too late shooting coffee out our mouths and noses at our puter screens.

Gosh I miss her, Happi too. They brought a lot of spice or fiber or something, to the forum. Till Peta, I'd never been called a '****' or 'silly ****' so much in my life. I never knew the meaning of 'rattle yer dags', hee hee. Her and her thistle grubbing, and dislike of possums, geez what else. She was my first person ever in my whole life that stuck up for me, it blew my mind.

The first attempt at humor she made with me, omg, scared me to death, I had no idea how to deal with it - cause I took her literally. She sends this picture of what looked like a huge army type truck with a cloth top like on a wagon in a wagon train, only forest green. And it's loaded, men clutching onto the sides of the vehicle and spilling out, with say 40 men, driving across a desert, turbans, rifles....and she says that some of her relatives are coming to visit, and she gave them my address, knew I wouldn't mind. I went into panic, took me the entire day, to try and get my nerve up to say "don't you dare!" cause back then, I just couldn't be assertive like that. I didn't want to insult her, and thought that's the kind of thing New Zealand folks must do, just pop in (40 strong) unannounced. Oh man. After about a year I finally thought it was hysterical. I'm sure she had no idea I was going to take her seriously, at that time I was still undiagnosed as well. Gee, ya think that would be a big clue, aye?

Another time, she sent photos, and meant it as a joke when along with her family photos she sent pics of 2 giraffes. Though it didn't say so on the back of the picture, I assumed they were hers, and in her yard. OMG. Where was my mind? See, situations like this are when it's easy to see my 'aspie side', so to speak. So, once she realized I thought they were hers she played it out. I probably wrote all kinds of questions about how she cares for them, trying to be tricky in my wording, cause I was worried that she was not good in giraffe husbandry and didn't want to say that directly. I do remember bragging to EVERYONE including dh and my ma, that I have a friend with 2 giraffes. OMG.

Yeah, I miss her. She's younger than me, but it was fun like being tortured by a big sister, ya know?

Then, knowing how I love animals, Lord knows why but she sends me a possum FUR from New Zealand, and, the way the thing was rolled up in the package, it was like something ran out of the box so I screamed my brains out thinking she sent me some live animal from New Zealand, in the mail. Just something about her, she could do things to me that if anyone else did I'd have to have my panties surgically removed they'd be in such a bunch. I suppose I always felt her intention wasn't mean spirited, I'm still not sure why she never offended or upset me, she was a blast, a real live one!

I used to love to make her gasp and grimace and laugh with come backs, after she'd say stuff to me.

Fun times! Still alive inside me even when she's not here.

Ahhh.. Ovarian Aroma... How on earth Mili came up with that out of all our names... wow... I think its a gift she has LOL!!!

I remember the first time Happi said 'C'mon, Rattle ya dags mate!" to me! I was like "WTF does that mean?" It means hurry up, but when she explained what it meant-- I died laughing. Seriously!!

Mili, remember when I sent you the PM about that slinky joke:

You thought I meant you were a stupid person and I wanted to push you down the stairs.... I felt so bad, but at the same time, I giggled and thought-- you know, she'll get it if I explain it well enough LOL!!

I havent heard much out of Peta in a long time, but Happi and her clan have 8 kids and just moved to a new church closer to their hometown and they really enjoy it. With 8 kids, how can you be online at all??? *said the mom with 5...well almost 5-- he makes it difficult to sit in this chair, thats for sure*
