Hi Parents---
This is not exactly neuro related, but yall probably have more experience in this type of stuff than I do....
My husband and I are thinking about getting a car seat for our 17 mo old Godson to keep in our car (so I don't have to worry about trying to transfer his car seat from his mom's car to ours every time we babysit him ) and we are unsure of what to get. He weighs 23 lbs and is currently using a 5 point harness forward facing car seat in his parents car. We are looking for something similiar and something relatively inexpensive (as we will have to buy another one when/if we have a baby) and easy for me to install because I only weigh 95 lbs and my husband is gone a lot. We don't car about cup holder and accessories like that because he eats/drinks nothing by mouth. The one thing it can not have though, is one of those bars that go across over his head and across his lap--- he has a G/J tube and feeding pump and we want to minimize the chance of it getting tangled, tight, pinched or kinked as much as possible
Thank you so much for any help or suggestsions !
