I am here a lot, but don't post a bunch--but I had to share this!! For those who don't know me--my daughter is 5.5 yrs old, has HFA, Chiari, syrinx, torticolis, expressive speach delay, etc......
Tonight is the FIRST time I have ever heard, unprompted by her daddy,--"I love you momma." I was kissing her goodnite and told her the usually daddy loves you, mommy loves, and the lord loves you----then I added later as I was leaving--"I love you" and she immediately said "I love you momma"------------I was so in shock in started crying. I did hug and love on her more. She may not really KNOW what those words mean.....but after 5.5 years, God they sounded so good.
I hope this added joy or encouragement to one person's day---I am still crying tears of happiness.
