From University of Texas
Sunshine Project is having a field day with all these accidents. They monitor the nation's biosecurity facilities; there is a somewhat shrill tone to their communications (axe to grind), but their notices are a good jumping-off point for more serious, reasoned investigations.

I sense by their "shrill tone" that something more is afoot, but there is some truth to it then? sad :(
Oh, adding. And there is not mention of it in the local papers?
