I had an LP done today, shunt series and dye study - don't have report from Dr.Dickson on shunt study yet but the LP showed high presure (although lower than when they measure above my c-spine compression, there it is 26. ) Also from the initial pictures on fluoroscopy machine she said dye was not gfoing through the shunt. She is talking to a NSG next week from UCLA who alsoo comes to Harbor campus - Dr.Bergsneider who main resesarch clinic focus is Hydrocephalus and he has experience or maybe it is interst in my case/disease. They meet with him next Tuesday and Dr.Dickson did not think it would be long ater that to get surgery scheduled. In the main time she is going to find out what Charnas (My Neurol) has found out from the NS's he has been talking to. The tilt test done to see if dye would get past my compression to brain seemed to work, it also seemed to get in to my brain so I will know more tomorrow after talking to my Dr. and to Neurologist.
