Welcome! I'm in South Bay - Santa Clara. We tend to just not eat out - so much easier and I know what we're eating. My son is gluten sensitive, as well as developmentally delayed, so it's more of my opinion as to whether he's been glutened or not. He's not good at telling subtle feelings at this stage of the game.
