neurotransmiter

Hi everyone;
would like to know if anyone has gotten a spinal cord neurotransmiter , the pain center wants me to have this,its like a tens unit but is placed on the spinal cord, set to go for surgey next month. any input would be helpful

Thanks i will try that site out ,its just that if a transmiter inplant wroks so well for small nerve pain why havent we heard more about this,i have been visiting this site for sometime and just havent heard anyone talk about it.
