Today is my 23 month anniversary. I haven't had a cigarette since Oct. 10, 2005.

Well, I think it's a big deal .... lol

That means next month will be 2 years smoke-free for you!!! ISN'T THAT WONDERFUL?????:D :D

One important (to me) thing about quitting is FINALLY realizing that smoking doesn't really help. I can feel like I just gotta have one but one doesn't change a thing .... not one darned thing.
