I know this is an old post. I thought I would just add this little tidbit of info. about myself. I found the initial trial at UCLA one very late night. I read all of the info. available and after trying Rebif for about 3 months, I had stopped. I just felt it was not what I was suppose to be doing. I did lots of research on estriol, possible side effects etc... That was 4 years ago. I emailed the lead dr. at UCLA and discussed the estriol and basis of the trial.

After consulting with my neuro, who hadn't heard of this trial, I chose to order the estriol through the mail and have been taking 8mg a day for 4 years. It has done for me exactly what it did for the women in the trial. This was truly my choice.

I have great, great hope in this medicine based on my experience. I pray this type of oral treatment and the type of results I have had will be available to all of you very soon.
