I'm reading a book called "The Everything Parent's Guide to Children with ADD/ADHD" by Linda Sonna. In the diet section of the book, it says that thyroid disorder was a risk factor for ADHD.
This would make sense to me if it is true. I am hypothyroid, my sister is, my mother is, my husband's mother is, etc etc. I think my daughter is ADHD. (She also has Celiac and GF diet alone is not enough to help the behavior.)
