yah so i basically started this thread with assuming a large amount of responses in mind. Basically we can talk about what drugs interact with each of these pain relievers, what is the best one for certain problems, what side effects are possible, or what long term detrimental effects can occur with these? my favorite out of these in my opinion is aspirin, as i feel ive got a strong stomach/digestion system, and I enjoy the diuretic effects on my blood.

Well, long-term acetaminophen is bad for your kidneys. Long-term ibuprofen leaches the calcium out of your bones -- not to mention the heart-attach risk.
I don't know about aspirin, 'cause I don't take it.
Seems to me, that if you take the other two long-term you're signing up to get kicked to the curb, so ... a tad more research on the long-term aspirin side effects seems to be called for http://chocolate-moose.p5.org.uk/MINIS/2935.gif

Acetaminophen is the leading cause of acute liver failure.
