Ugh: Am reconstructing the FAQs

Hey all, please bear with me for the next several days as I am recovering the old FAQs, while updating and editing for current & future needs. I will be reorganizing and editing broken links & updating/deleting obsolete information. Most of this will be done as I go, rearanging & tweaking them until they are finished.

we have always had a sticky in epilepsy that rabbit wrote to explain stuff to new posters. she dug it out and posted it again here, and it was stickied when i first saw it. i didn't think anything about it because it was always stickied.

then when i woke up the next morning i realized that i didn't ask to have it stickied, rabbit didn't ask, no one asked.

but i saw the footprints of a magic firehorse.
