was wondering what side effects that some people have experienced with Lyrica, I am afraid to go off the drug it puts me to sleep otherwise before I only slept every other day, and I mean daytime was never awake during the dayon the days I did not sleep with my pain issues I could not function at all
.
Well now being on this drug I am having terrible side effects, my backpain feet swollen hans swollen and bad ciculation cannot put a sentence together
I have to urinate 30 times a day, got dry eye syndrome, I also have Hep C
and every meal is a nightmare, I had gallbladder out and now my immune system has decided to attack me , I cannot tolerate anything, breakout in rashes all day constant pain in gut, 24/7 only can sleep 4 hours at a time, without lyrica I will never sleep. My liver will not tolerate drugs, in a very bad place all alone age 53, lost 75 pounds in one year, can hardly walk, and cannot drive I am on disability have been in bed or couch mostly bed for one year. I cannot even watch TV and follow story line pretty scarred two years ago was in the gym every day and working, I went off of Methodone and now it would seem my life is over pretty scarred, once you go thru the methbodone
detox you never can ngo back , I tried better then living in my bedroom
tried therapy but to difficult to concentrate really hurting apparently the Methodone suppressed my immune system was on it three years never felt high was on low dose functioned perfectly. My sytem completly folded
typing this is really difficult but I must cummunicate with someone. I think also
taking my Gallbladder out was my second biggest mistake in my life. I also went on inerferon four times which also must have contributed to this immune
problem I never knew. I was one of the first to go on Interferon in 1990
and nobody knew what to expect, and I did trials for the combo therapy. I am a non responder my life has been difficult since 1990 but I got on the methodone cause the pain my fourth try was to much, getting offf the stuff
was really hard but nothing like the daily pain I have now so thats my story I have a lot of imfo on what not to do regarding Hep C studied it for 17 years
