I am marketing head of a FMCG company and over a few weeks I am feeling dizziness, anxiety, and a dreadful sense of doom. After a recent fight at work with Boss over a marketing campaign the situation become severe. Stress is destroying my life. I don’t know what to do. Please suggest.

Welcome andraJ, I am sure you will like it here. I would think that your job is extremely stressful. I would suggest a therapist where you can go to vent and can recommend you to a psychiatrist who will talk to you and get a feel for what you need and will probably prescribe some anti anxiety meds. Are you due for a vacation any time soon. Maybe you need to take a sabbatical for a bit and gather your senses and your strength. If you are head do you not have capable employees or assistants that can handle things for a bit? I know what it is to be overwhelmed with stress and to feel that things are spinning out of control. Please seek some kind of help. Good luck and best wishes.

It often happens with marketing people. Improving sales, reaching targets in time bound period, giving less time to family health problems occur, even I have been through it. I would suggest you to try meditation and visit theramood.com/ for stress relief patches. I have used these patches and I now feel calm and collected. They are really helpful. And there is a popular saying “work is not the entire pizza, it just a slice of life”. So spend time with yourself. I think you would feel better.
