29 years old, TBI-1994, spasticity left side, lower extremity tendon transfers/releases oct, 2006 developed dvt/bilateral blood clots in lungs in patient for 6 weeks in another state! shoulder/elbow tendon/contracture releases 7/07 developed MRSA staph infection in 1 incision.
