Hi. I can't cook very often, so I need some easy fast ideas - PLEASE!

I can't seem to find prepared foods (like frozen entrees) that I like.
I HATE the artificial gravy flavour, find most tomato sauces too strong and peppers or oregano do a number on my stomach, same with herbs and spices, but I do use onion and garlic & Worcestershire sauce and low salt canned soups.

Here's hoping!

Have you thought about doing once a month cooking? I have been reading up on it and am goign to give it a try this month because I am having to many bad days,,,and we and our pocket book is sick of eating out.
Here are some links-they say you can do it without a deep freezer but I don't know how.
Oh the last one is just really neat.
