Arachnoiditis....is Gamma knife an answer?or any other HOPE!

Hi All, I am very new here and am struggling w/ a new diagnosis of Arachnoiditis, I also have had 4,5,s1 fusion. is there anything that can be done to remove this lesion, cyst etc....what about Gamma Knife? anything else
