Wow, busy week for birthdays. How neat. I cooked a pav for winnie yesterday for her birthday, so this morning I guess I'm going back to the kitchen to cook one of your favourites... coq au vin with reduction sauce LOL [ HINT HINT Food Court still waiting for your recipe ;) ] It's awfully early to be doing this, but here I am in the kitchen giving it a try. Not sure how it'll all turn out, especially after I scan it all the way to you in the USA. ;)

I really do need to put that on my "To-do list"...heh

I'd really like to make that sometime soone with all the trimmings too. It would have made a fine supper on my birthday, but alas, I was not in a position to cook anything more than BBQ some cheeseburgers...*cburger
