Does anyone have tenderfoot out there?
I think I have Fibro but have been too busy to really look into it and I was wondering if there was a relation.
Also any treatment/remedies if possible.
thank you

Can you describe the symptoms you are having? I do not know what you mean by having a "tender foot." Cheerio.

pain on the ball of my foot.
It is centered and it causes me to wolk on the side of my foot.

The only time I had pain like that was when I severely bruised a nerve on the bottom of my foot. I had to use an orthopedic boot to keep my weight off it for 6 weeks while it healed. I also had to get a cortisone shot there - NOT fun.
If you can't put any weight on it, you might want to get it checked out.
My mother also had something similar, but she had a neuroma and had to have it surgically removed.
So it could be something minor that will heal on its own or something more serious. Only a doctor can really tell.

I have that same problem. I let it go for months before I saw a doctor (almost three years ago now), and I was walking on the side of my foot also. I had some orthotic inserts made by a podiatrist, which keep the pain down, but it is never eliminated. It's much worse if I go barefoot around the house, which I hardly ever do anymore because of the pain. Wearing nicely cushioned slippers around the house helps, but my feet get really hot in the summer. The doc suggested a cortisone shot in the ball of my foot, but I was too chicken to get it done.

Wearing good, well supporting shoes can avoid many of the common foot problems. I have such severe orthopedic deformities elsewhere, that I have always worn such shoes. Mine, even have a steel shank that sets off alarms in the airport. It is a real nuisance, but it has kept me on my feet and walking.
I wear Birkenstocks, as slippers to go the bathroom at night, but never wear them for more than brief periods of time. Sandals and going barefoot are the main reason people develop plantar fasciitis which is very painful and difficult to resolve for those of us with fibro. Cheerio.
