Can you be more specific about what type of info you are looking for?
To get educated more on what it is, or to get a discussion of potential treatments, or recovery issues after surgery and prognosis.....etc.?
I'll be glad to try to get you some authoritative sources if I know what you want.

Your FIRST stop should be the doctor or facility which provided the results or ordered the tests in the first place. Hopefully, you have an upcoming appointment to discuss the results...?
Sometimes the facility doing the testing has informational sheets to give out explaining diagnosis and other issues the patient might want to investigate.
It appears you misspelled a word(?)...this may have contributed to your not finding info....
Below are some web sites that appear to explain these terms plainly and with illustrations.

http://www.backpaindetails.com/pain/option,com_joomap/Itemid,42.htm
http://www.backpaindetails.com/pain/backpain-overview/what-is-back-pain/know-more-about-foraminal-stenosis.htm
http://www.lordexpdx.com/index.cfm/lev2/268
http://www.back.com/causes-mechanical-stenosis.html
-----------
I have no connections to these sites; other than a quick look to see if they might give you some basic information, I have not read this information.....
I usually stay with websites which end in .gov or .edu or .org however, I did not have time to page through all the results to find them. SInce you are looking for a basic primer explaining the conditions, perhaps the above will be adequate.
All the best with this....

Yes,since yours is a spinal related problem, Click here to go to the Spinal Disorders forum (http://brain.hastypastry.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=251). They will know the answer, even if it's to be found on one of Braintalk's two other spinal forums.
