I am suffering from anxiety and some depression. Does anyone know of a natural alternative to treat these problems. Don't wanna take drugs for long term use. Afraid of bad effect on body and addiction. Any suggestions?
if anyone can send me info at NightlyNinja2006@wikichat.com I'd really appreciate.

I think we have an anxiety forum. Have you asked this question there? If we do, try asking it and maybe you will get more replies. I'd still love to hear some good ideas myself. I agreed with those already suggested on last thread but just sometimes I need more when things pile up on me. Good luck.

There is a book called "Feeling Good" by Dr. Tom Burns that is helpful is dealing with depression. It was used by the support group I attended at my HMO, and I found it very useful.

I found the best thing to do for anxiety is to book an appointment with a licensed professional to help you sort out why you have the anxiety. Mine started when I watched my grandfather drop dead of a heart attack when I was 4 ! Cheerio.
