At Last

Hi All,

I have waited and waited for my hospital appointment to come round and at last it has come round. It is tomorrow. This appointment is with my Maxiofacial consultant and a new neurologist. I have been told previously by my maxiofacial consultant if this neurologist cannot come up with any new drug combination or treatment for my pain then nobody can. Im keeping my fingers crossed.

I have also found out today that the Pain Management Programme I was due to begin in August is not the Programme they thought. Someone had put me on the wrong course. I have now got to wait for the hospital to get in touch with me about another programme for me to start. I wouldnt mind but as you will all apprieciate when you are in pain it takes you all your time to get through each day.

I really am hoping that something beneficial will come out of my appointment tomorrow as I have just about tried everything availiable for me and my pain is constantly increasing. I am presuming the pain is worse as the tumour is increasing but knowing the reason dont take the pain away.

I will let you all know the outcome of tomorrow.
