Within product types, some vendors and manufactures add gluten often than others.

Kroger labels are more likely than others to offer a gluten-free choice. But, Wal-Mart has fewer gluten-free options. So, it’s not just a matter of price.

Thanks Cara and Al.

I also sent an email to Deits and Watson. Know that the majority of their foods is dye free, BHA/BHT and other funky Preservatives free, MSG free. I asked them what they had that was GF/CF. I've not heard back from them, but it is a holiday!

On top of the GF/CF, I know dyes, addititives, preservatives mess with DD, so I'm also trying to eliminate all that junk too!
