I've been researching flea/tic meds today. Finally just called my vet to see what HE uses on his dogs after this bit of info came up: some meds are no longer working in some areas of the country, because the fleas/ticks have built up a resistance to them! (similiar to what's going on with humans/anti-biotics). I figured since the vet lives within a mile of here & has alot of dogs he would be using what I should, plus his prices are even cheaper than online!

so I suggest depending on where you live that you might check with local vets or dog owners to see what they use.

Here's more alarming info: there's deadly algae in ponds, lakes this early in the year. I'm upset about this cause I can't keep Rags from the ponds! He especially likes the small one I refer to as a swamp cause of all the algae. I don't believe he drinks from these ponds but who knows?

The story I read was about a dog in Wisconsin, had been swimming & drank the water, rushed to vet ER & put on ventilator, had to be put down. Sure hope this might be a head's up for dog owners,we don't need them dying from water!

Hey Buttons. I knew I could always find you here with our loving pets. Franky is a Frontline vote as he has always done well with it. Hope this gets posted. I have no clue whats going on here at BT but I didn't join years ago to fight it so now I'm sitting in the rocker as I have enough to deal with. I've found a new event for myself that is very comforting to me. Once or twice a week I found a company who displays almost 1,000 Boston Terrier babies for sale. They must be brokers but thats ok with me cause I just love to enjoy seeing them. If they don't sell you will see them back up for sale again in a few weeks with newer photos.

As for me, the last 90 days have been a bit difficult as more new issues are doing what they can to slow me up but thats ok as I'll change modes of how I pace myself. Buttons, it won't be long before CPM will finally be put on the map in the way it should of been many years ago.

Ok my friend and all the good members thats it till the next "Breeze By."

G-d Bless...

Franky and Breeze ;)
