celebrex

so I went to my pain dr yesterday and we talked about the pros and cons on celebrex and we deciced that the pros won so i am going back on it. I still have this little bird in the back of my head saying that this might not be so smart, being that I also have high blood pressure. yesterday I was 140/100 and my usual bottum number never goes lower than 85-90 so it it always high. does this med have a big risk for me or am I safe? does anyone have any info that can make me sleep better at night without worring about this??

Just for background info, I am only 35 and i have arthritus in my spine, L4 L5 and S1 in my c-spine and I have TMJD and there is questions on weather arthritus in now in my knees now too.

so I am bumping this up so that maybe I can get a responce, an dto add I have been keeping track of my blood pressure and for the past 2 months it has b een 80-85 over always 100 so I am really conserned I hope that someone else could tell me what they think.
