mini headaches

I get these really bad headaches that last about 5 seconds. It happens when I bend down to pick something up. Does anyone else have these, and is it Chiari related??

I get them! Its odd as i mainly get them when i havent got a full on headach..

I get them any time I bend down or strain. I never had them until I was symptomatic so I do believe they are Chiari.

and laughing, and coughing, and sneezing, and swimming, and bowling...... and dancing, and just about anything that involves sudden movement or positioning of my neck. Yes I do believe they are chiari.
