Hello.
I haven't posted in a while but I look here once in a while.
One problem I have is with migraines. I went for a while without a bad migraine, but this week -- kaboom--and it will take three days to recover from it.

I hope folks are having a good spring -- well, soon-to-be summer. Trying to get out to do some swimming---such as it is.:p
