Hello all.
I know I keep meaning to post, infact, I started posting something along this lines and computer glitch made me loose all the 10 pages I had written  (not kidding either)
I think last time I posted, I had decided to stop homeschooling my kids and put them back in public school. And so I did. And it's been a change in lifestyle from me been with my kids all the time, to me finding sometime to my self :).
Rachel went from been the quiet unspeaking little girl, to now she not only talks, limited still but talks!!! to communicate at school and ofcourse at home she just surprises us by the day :). She loooves school and she looooves her aid, they are such an excellent match. And now she is in Vacation but she will start Summer school next Tuesday and her aid, decided to quit her summer job so she can take the job at the school, so she can be with Rachel, which is a blessing for us.
The school has been absolutely Wonderfull with my kids, they have not on ly put an awsome teem together, but they have called IEP meeting, above the one required by the state, to plan better a way for Rachel to get the best and most out of school :), they are excellent.
Joshua, well he is a challenge, and the first few days at school I had to camp out on the hallway because he gave them such a hard time, and even if the worst was over, he is still a challenge, as he is quite strong willed. But all and all, he did ok, and I am working with him on his reading skills over the summer, and thanks to the local public library summer program, he is very excited about reading and we have a huge stack of books he will be reading this week :) and he is not complaining about it.
Well we been up and down,, first started with Rachel last spring, she ended up with pnemonia, was a pain trying to get the doctors to find out what she had, they kept saying she is ok, but I knew better. She coughed 2 days none stop, now tell me if that is right, and I mean there might of been a 3 second break between coughs, and finally one night as I sit in the dark in the livingroom hearing her cough, she stoped, so I worried and I went to check on her, and she had passed out and was moaning in bed of how much she hurted, well finally got her to the hospital AGAIN, and finally figured she had pnemonia, and they checked her in, so we where there for 2 days, and finally agreed to let her go home with the condition we bring her back each day for a shot of antibiotics (sp?). So we did and she got better, and 6 weeks later she had a follow up x-ray and her pnemonia was cleared, but she does has asthma, something I have to keep a close eye on.
Just as she was getting better I came down with pnemonia, and then my husband started getting sick, so after about 4 days I finally handed him the phone and as I was taking thekids to school I told him he better have an appointment when I got back. So he ended up having to go into the hospital, they did a ct scan and found his stomach was full of infection, so they send him to surgery, for them to found out his apendis had burst, they figured about 2 days earlier, and so they removed it and they said he was lucky to be doing as well, he recovered fast, was in the hospital for about 5 days and he went home. Next day he got up and went to work, goodness, but, can't stop him from doing what he wants to.
My pnemonia finally went away (after medication) but it was so bad and I thought I was going to die, to be honest, I had to sleep on the recliner, which I have been for months anyways, and still do to tell you the truth, and I would hear my lungs sound like if they where made of bubble wrap and they popped as I took air in and out, so laod too, and it would seem to only do it at nights, so next year, I shall get a pnemonia shot as well as a flu shot, I can't go through this, and neither can Rachel, so I will see what it will take for her to get a pnemonia shot as well, I just worry about all the crud they put in vaccines :(
Well I been keeping busy, and I do now have a job, but I am self employed as I opened a school in Second Life, if you do not know what Second Life is, go to Secondlife.com. And for a part time job, I am generating about, well, as much as I would do if I worked part time outside of the home, and hope to triple that in one year. So I keep my fingers crossed and hope that soon I will be independant, in MANY ways. :( good and bad, as my marriage seems to be going down hill so darn fast.
Anyways, I do miss you, but I keep busy, so please forgive me for not been support to you that have been awsome to me, especially when I have needed it the most.
Blessings.
