CARF (the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities): www.carf.org

You can do a search on their site (see "Find a Provider") for a CARF accredited rehabilitation program in a variety of specialty areas. They accredit over 11,000 programs in the USA, Canada, Europe and just recently added a facility in South America. CARF accreditation is voluntary, and reflects a program meeting a stringent set of standards set by professionals and consumer organizations jointly.
