Sabr2th passed away early Friday (June 8, 2007) morning at home.

His wife has given me permission to post on the forums of his sudden death.

When I receive the obituary and funeral program from her, I will post it here also.

Sabr2th was in the chat room Thursday (June 7, 2007) night and chatted with Bewolf about his recent health problems.

We are all shocked and saddened by his death. No matter how down the mood would be in the chat room Sabr2th always had everyone laughing very soon.

I will post more here when I receive it from his wife.

I just returned to the chats after a long time of being away. I have been friends with Sabr (Mark) for years now. I just received an email from his wife saying that he passed. When he and I would email etc he never mentioned any health problems. What happened to him??

I was so shocked and saddened by the death of our dear friend Mark E. Chase aka Sabr2th..

I knew him for years from the old days.. We had been friends for a long time.

I will miss him, his great jokes, poems, and emails.. and his kind words and thoughts to everyone..

Mark Chase, "Sabr Toofy" shall be greatly missed by many. He brought a smile to the face of all when he would Engage the Sabr Drive then do a 5..4...3...2...1 countdown when he was getting ready to leave the chatroom.
Mark was such a caring person for others, always making sure that others were following doctors orders and taking proper precautions.
What I remember most about Sabr is how he would always give flowers to all the ladies in the room. Now it so sad that we must return the act and give our thoughts and flowers to him.
To his dear wife Deb and daughter Zandra, my family and I shall continue to pray for you at this difficult time,

Yes, sweet Mark, you will be missed. Many a night you would soothe my tender heart, no matter if it was a love problem, work, or health issue. You always had such sweet words for we women, your wife was blessed to have you.

Mark,

I remember too well how many times you lifted me up when I needed it. Even if I didn't remember a thing back in the old days. :p

You always gave me the strength to keep fighting, whether it was a joke, the flowers for the ladies, or your poetry on the old forums.

You will definitely be missed by many including me.

I was saddened to hear that 2thy had died.

He always had a good word for every one and an amazing sense of humour... and he could run a great cyber pub!

I was the last person to talk to him in chats it seems. He was in a good mood and we were just discussing what was going on in each of our lives.

As others have said he will be missed in chats.

Next time It thunders here I will just think it is Mark engaging his Sabrdrive.

My thoughts are with his family.

I had no idea that this what this topic was about, I am sitting here crying because I knew him from the chat when I went more frequently and he was always such a sweet person. My thoughts are with his family. Please post more when you have news CM1. I really hope his family are doing allright. I am deeply saddened by his passing, I can only hope he didn't suffer for very long. :( He will be sadly missed. :(

This is a shock to me.

Sabr...we used to chat all the time many years ago..probably 1998-99.
You were always so nice...so friendly....you called me your little aussie kitty.

I have just learned that Braintalk was open again. To my sorrow, the first message I saw was dear Sabr 2th's death. My heart goes out to his family and to all his friends in chat.
